Job Description
TSMO Strategies Group is seeking a detail-oriented and responsive Dispatch Coordinator and Response specialist to remotely manage emergency maintenance and operational dispatch services for clients throughout the United States. In this critical role, you will ensure rapid response to urgent client requests, effectively coordinate service providers, and maintain exceptional communication to resolve incidents promptly.
Responsibilities:
As a Dispatch Coordinator and Response specialist, you'll oversee real-time service coordination, ensuring quick resolution of client emergencies and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
- Manage incoming emergency service requests, evaluating urgency and coordinating timely responses.
- Communicate clearly with clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
- Assign and dispatch qualified vendors from our Preferred Vendor Network based on location, availability, and expertise.
- Provide real-time updates and follow-up communications to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive records of dispatch activities, incidents, and service outcomes.
- Continuously monitor vendor performance and escalate issues as needed to management.
- Generate and review regular incident reports to improve service effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate strong organizational skills, quick decision-making capabilities, effective communication, and experience managing urgent response scenarios remotely.
- 2+ years of experience in dispatch coordination, customer support, or similar operational roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with dispatch management systems and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
