To excel in this role, you must have strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently in a remote working environment.
  • 1-2 years of call center, customer service, or related experience.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and comfort using call center software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and adaptability.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service preferred.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Availability to work during standard U.S. business hours.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Call Center Agent, you'll represent our clients professionally by handling incoming calls effectively, resolving customer inquiries promptly, and documenting interactions accurately.
  • Answer inbound calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
  • Manage customer inquiries regarding reservations, bookings, and general support.
  • Handle emergency dispatch calls by quickly routing issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Accurately document all call details in our CRM and call management systems.
  • Follow client-specific scripts and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate service delivery.
  • Meet performance metrics such as average handle time, customer satisfaction scores, and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within our CRM systems.
