Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you will support senior account managers, assist in client interactions, and help ensure client satisfaction through diligent coordination and proactive communication.
  • Assist senior account managers with client account coordination and communications.
  • Maintain regular client contact to ensure ongoing satisfaction and relationship-building.
  • Help track client account performance and report relevant metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Prepare basic client reports, updates, and documentation.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional growth.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping within CRM systems.

Requirements:

This role requires enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (recent graduates welcome).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge or willingness to learn CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
