Job Description
TSMO Strategies Group is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to join our fully remote team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sales, communication, and client engagement. You will be on the front lines of identifying opportunities, building relationships, and helping expand our presence across multiple industries in the U.S. market.
Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Representative, you'll generate and qualify leads, set up discovery calls, and support the sales process—all while learning the fundamentals of B2B and B2B2C client acquisition.
- Research and identify potential leads across targeted industries.
- Make outbound calls, emails, and social touches to engage prospects.
- Qualify leads and schedule introductory calls for senior sales staff.
- Maintain and update CRM records with detailed lead information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and outreach.
- Track outreach activity and report weekly progress.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals as needed.
Requirements:
This role is ideal for a self-starter looking to launch a career in sales, business development, or customer engagement. Full training provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and lead management tools.
- High level of motivation, discipline, and resilience.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn sales tools and platforms.
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment.
- Available to work U.S. business hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
