Job Description

TSMO Strategies Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Dedicated Account Manager to remotely manage client relationships and drive client satisfaction across the United States. As a critical point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring that our B2B and B2B2C clients receive exceptional service, tailored account management, and strategic insights aimed at growth and retention.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience managing multiple accounts, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate and deliver results remotely.
  • 3+ years experience in account management, client relations, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategy and client recommendations.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Availability to work during standard U.S. business hours.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Dedicated Account Manager, you will manage key client relationships, ensuring consistent service quality, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating internal resources effectively.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between TSMO and assigned clients, ensuring strong communication and responsiveness.
  • Proactively manage and nurture client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling.
  • Monitor client accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of our services including CRM management, sales enablement, and operational support.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews to ensure satisfaction and service alignment.
  • Coordinate internal resources to address client needs, resolve issues, and exceed expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic insights and actionable recommendations to clients based on performance analytics and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within our CRM systems.
